If customers work with Northeast Spring early in the design stage, they can realize considerable cost savings. If minor changes are needed in the part design, Northeast Spring can use their automatic wire bending equipment to make the part complete, eliminating any manual operations that can add cost.

Common material types for wire forms include stainless steel and hard drawn wire. Northeast Spring offers 302/304 stainless steel along with hard drawn wire, music wire, chrome silicon and oil tempered wire.
